December Update

Hi all,

Last update for 2009!!! Can't believe another year is almost over. Thankyou all for your ongoing support, Prams is what it is because of all the fabulous people that contribute to its culture. I'd love to see as many of you as possible at the Christmas Party again this year.

November/December Promotion - so popular I've decided to run it thru December as well!

Free boxing on Mondays at 9am!! Yep, if you haven't tried a boxing session yet, now's your chance. Until the end of the year you are able to attend up to 2 boxing sessions FREE!!!!

Valid dates are November 30th and December 7th, 14th & 21st.

Prams Christmas Party

Less than 2 weeks away!!!! If you are coming and have not yet let me know please do so asap - Sunday 6th December, 10am-2pm, Santa at 11am. Prams Christmas Shutdown

Prams will take a little break as usual over Christmas - Last sessions for the year will be on Wed 23rd Dec. We will resume on Monday 11th Jan.

Last call for Tupperware orders

The order is going in this week so please send thru any Tupperware orders now and if you have any returns you'd like me to take please get them to me this week - I will not be going out again this year.

Early Risers (3 Day) 2010 - Register now

Monday 1st February - Friday 5th March at 6am for 5 weeks - $225

Mondays - Boxing, Wednesdays - Cardio drills, Fridays - Strength circuit

Early Risers (2 Day) 2010 - Register now

Tuesday 2nd February - Thursday 4th March at 6am for 5 weeks - $150

Tuesdays - Boxing/cardio, Thursdays - Strength circuit

Fun Run Training Program (5 or 10kms) 5 week = 18 sessions ($270)

Next program will start in the new year - register your interest now, letting me know whether you would prefer 6am or 11am.
