RECIPE: Kerina's Spinach and Ricotta Scrolls
"Zoe loves these (great as a snack on the run) and they freeze really well." - Kerina
SPINACH & RICOTTA SCROLLS
Halve each pastry sheet lengthways, then cut each piece diagonally so you have triangular strips. Place heaped tbs of mixture at the widest end and roll to close. Place on baking tray and bake 180 degrees C in oven for 20-25 min until golden.

- 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese grated

Just a short one this month.....
New Arrivals
Mieke and Matt Long announced the safe arrival of baby Hugo Jon Alexander Long on Oct 11th, welcomed also by big brother Angus and sister Saskia. Congrats!
Bootcamp #2 - STARTING NEXT MONDAY 10TH NOVEMBER!!
Yes, our 2nd "Bootcamp" starts in just a few days, next Monday. ONLY 3 SPACES REMAIN SO BE QUICK TO JUMP ONBOARD!
After Christmas, I expect to be able to roll out almost consecutive programs up until approx May, commencing mid-late January.
Fun Run Training Program
We are over half way through our running program and all so far have been surprised and impresssed with how far they can run. Several of you have mentioned to me that you'd be interested in another running program in the new year so I am asking for expressions of interest at this stage. If interest is sufficient I will plan on commencing another one just after the start of the school year in early Feb. Please let me know if you're interested in attending.
Session Times and Availability
Thanks to all of you for your recent efforts to turn up on time and stick to your booked sessions. It is much appreciated as sessions become full.

Yep, it's almost time again!! Our Christmas party is only a month away on Sunday 7th December. Look out for an email specifically for this event.
Shirts & Caps
Just a reminder that I have Prams polo's ($35), children's T's ($25) and Caps ($20) available for sale. With the warmer weather just around the corner we'll soon be shedding our coats, gloves and scarves.
